The 2023 edition of the Nike Air Max 97 OG ‘Metallic Gold’ brings back an iconic colorway of the retro running shoe designed by Christian Tresser. A gilded finish is applied to the distinctive upper, featuring a breathable mesh base with wavy reflective leather overlays inspired by water dropping into a pond. Underpinning the sneaker is a white polyurethane midsole, enhanced with a full-length Max Air unit that runs the length of the durable black rubber outsole.
